FAQ

Boarding Service

Q. What do I need to bring?
A. We supply everything (food, beddings, dishes, etc.). All we require is the shot records. However, you are welcome to bring toys, treats, light blanket or whatever makes your pet confortable here.

Q. Can I bring my pet's own food?
A. Yes. If you feed special food (veterinary diet, puppy/kitten food, or senior food), we recommend you bring it.

Q. Does my dog sleep inside?
A. Yes. Everybody has sleeping quarters inside. The building is temperature controlled.

Q. How often do you take the dogs out?
A. 4 times a day in out-runs, 15 min to 1 hr each time depending on the weather and the breed. One additional time in the field if you chose to have the exercise program.

Q. Can my dog play with other dogs?
A. Sorry but no. We do not combine dogs here for liability purposes. All dogs will be kenneled separately in/out unless they are from the same family.

Q. My dog is not neutured/spayed. Can I board him/her?
A. Yes. It will not be a problem as we do not combine dogs here. If you have two (or more) dogs and need to be separated for that reason, please make sure to let us know when you check them in.

Q. I have two (or more) dogs and want them to share a kennel but they cannot be together when they eat. What should I do?
A. No problem. Please let us know the situation. We will kennel them together but separate them during feeding.

Rates & Other Services
